Bookings

All bookings can be made online – visit the property page you want, click on the Rates, Availability and Booking tab – then click on the date. A drop down menu will appear and you work your way through that to generate a booking request. We will then confirm the booking sending a link to our payment details – we don’t take credit cards, sorry! Payments are made via BACs (or cheques). The dates are held provisionally until we receive payment.

BOOKING INFORMATION

What is included and what is not!

Rates includes: rental, heating, electricity, logs, bed linen and towels.  (Beach towels and cot bedding are not included).

Length of stay

Our bookings are for 3, 4, 7, 14 & 21 night stays.  Changeover days for Christmas, New Year & Easter may vary.  May & October half terms are for one week stays

Changeover days are on FRIDAYs and MONDAYs – in peak season it is only FRIDAY.

Depending on time of year and late availability please contact us for further information for different lengths of stay. Discounts are available for late bookings, subject to availability.

PAYMENTS

A 30% deposit is due on booking, the remainder 8 weeks prior to arrival or full payment if within 8 weeks.  A refundable Breakage Deposit of £500/300 is taken for each booking and returned (via BACs payment) a week after your stay, unless a deduction is required for any breakages, damage or if the property is not left in a suitable condition. We do not take credit or debit cards, payments are made via BACs or cheque.

All rates displayed include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable to that property.

PETS:   £25 each

Bookings are made online via our website and incur a booking fee.  Please note that we cannot guarantee dates until we have payment.  If you have any queries please do email us.

Arrival at properties is from 4pm, depending on the time of year, you may request earlier access but it is not guaranteed, departure is at 10 am.
